terms and conditions
1. Starline Chauffeuring request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any online bookings.
2. If you would like to book a car with less than 12 hours notice - Please call us: +44 (0)7515286576
3. Your order will be confirmed only if payment is received. You need to pay using PAYPAL or call us to use other payment method. You have 24 hours to pay for your order. After that your order will be canceled.
4. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer, 50% of all monies will be non-refundable.
5. If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all monies paid will be non-refundable.
6. For all round trips Starline Chauffeuring gives 50% discount for way back.
7. If the customer wants to wait the first hour is free and all next - £15 each (round trip).
8. Your booking may be subject to additional waiting time and car park charges.
9. If there are any changes or variations including extra mileage to the journeys other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged extras in accordance with the pricing structure on our website.
10. For weddings is requited deposit in 30% of full monies.
11. All our payment for wedding car hire must be paid before the event day.
12. If a wedding booking is cancelled by the Customer, deposit will be non-refundable.
13. Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outwith our control.
14. Online quotations do not allow for public and bank holidays like Christmas Day or New Years Eve where there may be an additional surcharge. Please indicate on the quote form if your proposed booking is for a bank holiday or on any other special date.
15. Starline Chauffeuring maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.
16. Starline Chauffeuring and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).
17. Our Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.
18. The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.
19. Starline Chauffeuring vehicle(s) are fully insured for passenger and third party claims.
20. Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order.
21. Starline Chauffeuring may provide subcontracted vehicles occasionally.
